Delete Your Account

1. Open Qiyam and sign in to the account you want to delete
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm

Your account and its data are deleted from our servers straight away.

If you no longer have the app, email contact@qiyamapp.com from the address you signed up with, with "Delete My Account" in the subject line. We confirm within 7 business days.

• Your account: email address and password
• Your library, mastery levels and review schedule
• Your quiz ratings, streak history, exercise results and activity history
• Feedback you sent from the app
• Your Qiyam Premium record (subscriptions and any Premium we gave you)

• Backup copies of our database may hold your data for up to 90 days before it is gone for good
• Apple and Google keep their own records of any purchase, under their own privacy policies

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store (iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions) so you are not charged again.

1. Open Qiyam and go to Settings
2. Tap Reset All Progress and confirm

This deletes your streak history, activity history and exercise results from our servers, and returns every verse to not memorized, on every phone signed in to the account. Your account, your settings and your Premium stay. Resetting needs an internet connection.
